Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for co-operating with us, Truprotek takes care to procure, store and sell products of the best quality. We take a lot of pride in the following two things:

• The quality of our work
• And our commitment to deliver the highest quality service to our clients

However, due to logistics or manufacturer errors and defects may happen and we’ll do our very best to fix your issue as soon as possible.

• You can request a return by contacting us by phone or sending messages within 48 hours of your delivery. If the product is having any manufacturing defects.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all price tags, labels, and invoices fully attached.
• A refund of 90% of the total amount will be initiated for the Cancellation of an Order before being shipped.

Cancellation Policy

At Truprotek, a simple cancellation process is available for all our valuable customers. You can cancel your product order before the product has been issued. If you cancel your order before it is printed, you can receive a refund.

Please note that the orders once printed, cannot be canceled, as these are personalized products and cannot be re-used.
